Got an entry but can't run?
A Transfer Window will open on at 1am on Sunday 12th May and will remain open until midnight on the 2nd June. It will enable you to transfer your entry to a club member or friend. To protect the integrity of the results, we strongly recommend you use this facility rather than letting somebody run with your number on the day. Note the site does not deal with refunds, any payment between the donor and the recipient is a private matter for which the Horndon10k has no responsibility.
How does it work?
You need either 1) Your original confirmation email
or 2) Your Registration Email address & Your Booking Reference
If 1): Open your confirmation email and click on the "Go to my participant dashboard" button in the email.
If 2): Click HERE to open the Registration website, Click on the "My Registration" link and in the form that opens, enter your Registration Email and your Booking Reference then click the MY DASHBOARD button
after either 1) of 2) has been done, your dashboard will be displayed and, during the Transfer Window, the bottom panel will display "Transfer my Registration", enter the email of the person to whom you wish to transfer your registration, then click the TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION button. Your Registration is cancelled and the recipient will receive an invitation to register their details.

Note all arrangements via the facebook Transfer Corner are private arrangements between individuals and entirely at your own risk.
Thurrock Harriers H10K Committee
Organisation I am pleased to say that the Thurrock Harriers are again organising this event. By Runners for Runners! This site will remain 'live' as the central source of information for the 10k.
This race has a reputation for always bringing the sun out and last year was no exception.

The 10k road race takes place during the annual 'Feast and Fayre' in the historic village of Horndon-on-the-Hill. Whether you are a 'Serious Athlete', Jogger or Fun Runner this is the event for you. Make it a day out and bring your family and friends along for the Craft and Charity stalls, All day Street Entertainment, Plenty of Food and two of the best Inns in the County.
